Hello, dear family and friends. Another Sunday is approaching, and the month of August is quickly drawing to a close. The Northside church of Christ in Calgary will gather to worship our God, and we warmly invite you to join us in growing, worshiping, and learning about our Eternal Lord.
Every human being has the responsibility to worship God, whether they fully understand this truth or not.
We welcome you to come and see how a New Testament church worships the Lord according to the Scriptures.
The Lord’s Supper is observed every Sunday, in both the morning and evening services (Matthew 26:26–28).
The contribution is collected only from our members, never from our visitors (1 Corinthians 16:1–2).
We sing a cappella, (NO INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC) lifting our voices in praise as God has commanded (Ephesians 5:19).
The Bible alone is our only rule of faith—we do not follow the catechisms of men (1 Peter 4:11).
We pray to God in the name of Jesus (Col 3:17)
Come and see! “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:24). 🙏❤
